Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on a Together Fundraising online workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Bookings are made via Eventbrite or another approved booking platform.
• Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund (excluding any Eventbrite booking fees, where applicable).
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a colleague or another representative from your organisation by notifying Together Fundraising in advance.

Workshop Changes

• Together Fundraising reserves the right to amend workshop content, timings, facilitators or delivery methods where necessary.
• In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by Together Fundraising, participants will be offered either:
  • A full refund, or
  • A transfer to a future workshop date.

Access & Participation

• For online events participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable internet connection and device.
• Workshop joining instructions will be sent before the event.
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees throughout the session.

Workshop Materials

• Participants will receive access to workshop materials, including the Magic Wand Framework, Fundraising Toolkit and 90-Day Action Plan where applicable.
• Workshop materials are for personal or organisational use only and must not be reproduced, sold or distributed without written permission.

Intellectual Property

• All workshop content, resources and materials remain the property of Together Fundraising.
• No part of the workshop may be recorded, copied or shared without prior written consent.

Liability

• The advice, ideas and information provided during workshops are intended as guidance and support.
• Together Fundraising cannot guarantee specific fundraising outcomes or financial results arising from implementation of workshop content.
• If numbers are too low to deliver a high-quality workshop experience, Together Fundraising reserves the right to reschedule the workshop. Attendees will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
